Mr Poke is SO good, I find myself craving it all the time! Thrilled to have this in the neighbourhood. The portion size is amazing and all the ingredients are always so fresh. They have an excellent tofu option for vegetarians/vegans as well. Definitely a new staple and everyone else I know who has tried it will say the same!

I decided to POKE around the neighborhood and came across Mr. Poke. I’ve been twice and was impressed with the size of the bowls. Generous portions with a really nice mix of ingredients. Agree with other reviewers that you can stretch it into two meals. There’s something distinctly better about these pokebowls compared to others I’ve had around Ottawa, and you can’t poke a hole in that argument.
First time ordering a poke here despite coming here biweekly for the JnJ bakery lol seriously such high quality poke bowl. The fresh ingredients, delicious sauce and a hefty portion for 1, all the while still meets the daily nutritional intake requirements (trust me I took nutrition classes last semester). I’ll be coming here more often to try out other bowls as well.
Omg I am so happy with my food! I am stomach, soul, and heart happy because of this food! Good amount of eel, huge amount of veggies and fruits and about a cup of rice. You can customize it a bit. (Personally I had the mango and cabbage removed) but it's so satisfying!
